Nothing is better than hearing straight from the artist. In this talk Melbourne-based artist Emma J V Parker will be speaking about her current exhibition The Space in Between, her artistic practice, and the influence of fleeting moments on her work.

Emma’s beautifully executed works reflect a common experience – the daily commute, people watching and the unknown lives of other individuals we see. She brings to life anonymous subjects through curious expressive sculptures and layered printing techniques which bring a depth and animation to the ceramic canvas.
