HOW OUR BOOKING SYSTEM WORKS

All class bookings are made via the online form and payments are taken by credit card. You will then receive an email confirmation of enrolment. If you do not receive your class email confirmation within a few minutes — please check your junk mail before contacting Canberra Potters. Add ‘Canberra Potters’ to your Contacts to prevent future issues.

We will contact you exclusively by email re class bookings please double check your email details on booking.

WAITLISTING

If you miss out on booking a class, you can now add your name to our class waitlists. To do this:

• Go to the booking page of the class/es you would like to attend – if you are interested in multiple classes you will need to add your name to each of the class waitlists.
• Enter your email address into the “waitlist” field underneath the class heading (under “This class is fully booked”) and click on the “ADD TO WAITLIST” button.
• Ensure admin@canberrapotters.com.au is in your trusted contacts list to ensure our notifications reach your inbox.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• Refunds are provided (less 10% admin fee) if requested 10 business days or more prior to course commencement.
• All changes to bookings incur a 10% administration fee.
• If less than 10 business days’ notice is given then a refund, less 10%, will only be given if the place can be taken by another student otherwise the full fee is forfeited.
• Once a class has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
• If we cancel a course 100% of your course fee will be refunded.
• Classes are not transferrable from term to term.
• Canberra Potters does not offer make up classes. Please view your booking as a commitment to attend.
• Canberra Potters will not issue refunds for missed classes or missed emails. Please ensure you have saved Canberra Potters emails to your contact list. education@canberrapotters.com.au    classes@canberrapotters.com.au and admin@canberrapotters.com.au
• Canberra Potters is a teaching facility, and students attend our classes to learn about pottery. Imperfect, broken and cracked items are part of the learning process. We do not provide refunds for work that cracks or breaks while drying, during firing or in general class activities.

Members

• Member discounts must be applied at time of booking classes online. We are unable to apply member discounts retrospectively. We advise members to check their log in details and membership status prior to booking.
