Join Canberra Potters in celebrating the opening of the 2022 Emerging Makers Market! Friends, families and fans of pottery are all welcome. Get first selection of the market wares and celebrate with a glass of wine and light refreshments.
We are hosting two sessions: 5:30pm to 6:30pm and 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Tickets are $5 and are essential for entry to this event.
About: Discover some of Canberra’s finest emerging potters and ceramic artists at the Canberra Potters Emerging Makers Market! Established by the Canberra Potters, this market provides emerging makers with a new outlet to sell their wares and is a unique opportunity for the public to meet and buy directly from the maker in a relaxed environment.
Come and buy original, handmade ceramics including planter pots, tableware, sculptures, jewellery, vases and more. Discover the vibrant Watson Arts Centre and Canberra Potters and enjoy a coffee in our sunny gardens (perfect for Mother’s Day!).
Watson Arts Centre is located at 1 Aspinall Street, Watson ACT and has free parking.
Weekend market: 10.00am to 4.00pm Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 May: bookings not required, entry by gold coin donation.
