Canberra Potters offers a range of short courses, master classes and term classes drawing from our member base of over 500 leisure and experienced potters as well as interested people from our region and interstate. We have an active Winter and Summer School program as well as shorter courses over weekends and holidays. We offer approximately 120 term classes throughout the year.
Our modern, well equiped workshops and gas, electric, soda, raku and pit kilns are available for use for teaching courses. We can provide expert technical, education and administration support.
We welcome course proposals from our existing teachers, external teachers and ceramic artists (both nationally and internationally) for short courses, term or master classes at Canberra Potters. We are always keen to bring new, fresh and interesting ideas to enhance our teaching program and to support our members and students in their ongoing clay education.
