In signing this form you agree that:
1. You have read and understood Workshop Health and Safety Handbook.
2. You have read and understood the Members Agreement.
3. You will abide by the expectations set out in the WHS Handbook and the Member Agreement.

– I will behave with respect towards all members, students, staff and visitors to Canberra Potters. I understand that any behaviour that threatens, discriminates, defames, harasses or endangers the wellbeing of another person, or prevents them from accessing services safely may result in the withdrawal of access and termination of my enrolment.

– I understand that by signing this form I agree to follow all health and safety procedures as required by Canberra Potters and to keep myself appraised of all updates. I agree to act in a manner that ensures the safety of myself and others while onsite and to report any incidents or concerns to staff.

– I acknowledge that Canberra Potters reserves the right to withdraw my membership should I be found to be in breach of the Health & Safety requirements.
