The Canberra Potters EASS Residency & Internship Award offers a 6-week residency/internship at Canberra Potters to an exceptional graduate in the field of ceramics. Presented by Canberra Potters as part of the Australian National University’s Emerging Artist Support Scheme (EASS), in 2023 the award has been expanded to invite graduates from tertiary ceramics programs around Australia to apply. The Canberra Potters EASS Residency & Internship includes free 24/7 private studio access, accommodation (if needed), allowances for firing and materials, and an opportunity to shadow with workshop, gallery and education staff. In return, the recipient is expected to create a body of work while on site, donate 1-2 pieces to the Canberra Potters Collection, and conduct an artist talk.

The residency is scheduled from the 29 January 2024 to 11 March 2024.
