Workshop One

Continuing clay classes are our most self-directed courses. Perfect for those with some clay knowledge and skills who are seeking expert guidance from experienced teachers to develop their ideas.

Clay and tool can be purchased in class or from our shop.

This class has lower numbers and provides some supported teaching for people with disabilities. Please contact [email protected] for further information.

Continuing Clay classes are perfect for people who have some clay skills and are developing their own style and studio practice. Bring along your ideas and our experienced teachers will be able to help you bring them to life. Some continuing classes offer extra support for people with disabilities.

All our Continuing Clay teachers are accomplished potters, skilled at teaching both wheel throwing and hand building techniques. Teachers may focus on a particular theme or technique for the term that reflects the interests of students in the class.

This is an established class for people with disabilities who would like a more supportive environment. Bookings are made by contacting [email protected]

People with disabilities are welcome to enrol in all classes at Canberra Potters and we will work to make reasonable adjustment where required.

Clay and firing are an additional cost.

Canberra Potters is committed to providing a safe environment for all our staff, members and students. We ask you to keep our community safe by following all safe protocols & signage while on site.

To maintain a safe & healthy environment we ask all participants to bring their own basic pottery toolkit.
