Mark Saunders

Mark completed a Bachelor of Visual Art Major in Ceramics at the ANU in 2014. He was an EASS recipient in 2014 from Canberra Potters and Alliance Francaise and exhibited at both during 2015.

Mark’s distinctive marbling techniques, using mid fire casting slip and coloured stains, are evocative of Italian marbled paper. The intricate patterns decorate his current line of vessels.
